{"id":2,"date":"2010-02-04T10:23:00","date_gmt":"2010-02-04T17:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/saaccolorado.com\/wp\/?page_id=2"},"modified":"2018-09-05T21:25:20","modified_gmt":"2018-09-06T04:25:20","slug":"about","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/saaccolorado.com\/wp\/?page_id=2","title":{"rendered":"About SAAC Colorado"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><span class=\"Titles\">Welcome Ford Fans<\/span><\/h1>\n<p class=\"Text\">The COLORADO REGIONAL Chapter of the SHELBY AMERICAN AUTOMOBILE CLUB (SAAC), organized in 1980, is dedicated to the preservation, care, history and enjoyment of the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP cars made by CARROLL SHELBY, and other FORD performance cars which embody this spirit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Text\">New members are welcome, and ownership is not required.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Text\">We sponsor or participate in social events, tours, shows and several track events each year, including enjoying the track facilities at Pueblo (Pueblo Motorsport Park), Aspen (Woody Creek), Golden (Colorado State Patrol Driving Facility) and Steamboat Springs (Rocky Mountain Mustang Roundup <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rockymountainmustangroundup.org\">www.rockymountainmustangroundup.org<\/a>) .<\/p>\n<p class=\"Text\">Monthly Meetings are held the <strong>first Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m<\/strong>.\u00a0 Locations vary so please view the calendar or e-blast for meeting location.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Text\">Check the Calendar\u00a0for upcoming\u00a0meetings\u00a0and\u00a0events.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Greetings Fellow Ford Fanatics<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>If there is an activity you would like to have the club do, please come to one of our monthly meetings or contact the appropriate board members.<\/p>\n<p>SAAC Colorado is still greatly involved in the Colorado Exotic Car \u00a0Association (CECA)\u00a0and will be helping CECA host all open track events.
